Theoretical study on magnetoresistance through rectangular and disordered antidot lattices.

Lu W., Andersen O.K.

Magnetoresistances through rectangular and disordered antidot lattices are calculated by Kubo's classical linear response theory. The potential for an antidot is modeled as an exponentially decayed function. Our calculations show that the commensurability oscillation in magnetoresistance is determined mainly by the arrangement of antidots in direction perpendicular to the current direction. In the case of rectangular antidot lattice with b
