Possibilities to do thesis work leading to the PhD degree in physics exist in all fields of research done at the von Klitzing group.
Topics are available in both experimental and theoretical physics.
The candidates are expected to have completed a "Diplom-Physiker" or a "Master" degree in physics and should have demonstrated
that they completed their studies in reasonable short time with excellent academic success.
