spheres in the cluster plus DELTR (Token DELTR below) 
W (=the
average Wigner-Seitz radius) is placed around each cluster of atoms. On
this sphere the envelope functions expanded in spherical harmonics is
zero for all l's below LMAXW (Token LMAXW below).
